Join Cathy Silak, a former Idaho Supreme Court Justice and former Dean of Concordia University School of Law and now in private practice at Hawley Troxell, for an update on local rules, as well as to practice pointers that will be helpful for any attorney throughout Idaho.  Alyson Foster, Dempsey Foster, and Andrea Rosholt, Hawley Troxell, will then join Ms. Silak for a panel discussion on current issues involving litigation.
